Every year Creative Escape® reinvents itself into the greatest, trendiest, inspiring and magical indulgence for scrapbook lovers. The theme changes, the focus shifts, the surprises are shocking, and the event takes on a true metamorphoses.

This year the theme is “Reflections.” The colors are black, white, and teal (or Navajo for all you Bazzill cardstock users). The pattern we are using is our own custom damask with a few subtle diamond shapes. We will be incorporating things that sparkle, shimmer, shine, reflect, dangle, and glow.

When you think of the word reflections, you might envision a mirror hanging on a wall. Looking at your reflection gives you a chance to step forward and look very closely; closer than you what makes you feel comfortable, but the necessary distance required to see the truth. A mirror can also be used to gracefully look to see what is behind you. As scrapbookers, it is important to reflect on the past and see into the future. Hopefully the fifth Creative Escape will give you a chance for REFLECTION.
