When you hear from the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass, be sure to contact them immediately to secure your room. Even though they have contacted you as a courtesy you don’t have a room until you give them your credit card number.

There are a limited number of double-double rooms at the hotel and the first to respond will have the first choice.

We share our entire guest list with the hotel, so if you don’t need a hotel room just let them know. Under no circumstances do we share credit card information with the hotel. That private information is between you and the hotel. If you need to change your arrival and departure dates you can do that at any time.

Keep in mind, hotel cancellations must be made  30 day prior to the Creative Escape event or the room will be billed to your credit card.
