We recommend booking your stay with an arrival on Wednesday and departure on Sunday. While available, Creative Escape® rates are available two nights before and after the event if you wish to extend your stay. The hotel offers great amenities including Rawhide Western Town, the NEW Wild Horse Pass Casino,  Whirlwind Golf Club, Aji Spa, Koli Equestrian Center and more. All hotel accommodations must be made prior to July 20, 2010. After this date, all reservation prices are offered at market rate.

Many rooms have panoramic views including the Sierra Estrella and South Mountains from the private patio or balcony. You may even see wild horses roaming across the desert! The room includes a stocked mini bar, coffee and tea maker, high-speed Internet access (for a fee), and all rooms are non-smoking. Each guest room features bath suites with a separate tub and shower. Save room in your suitcase…don’t bother packing the big stuff. Each room includes a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Your choice of King or Double-Double rooms (Double-Doubles are limited). Suites are available for an additional charge.

Rollaway beds are very limited; about 20 in the entire hotel. Please make your request early and don’t count on the additional sleeping space if you haven’t made arrangements.

There are no refrigerators in guest rooms. Portable refrigerators are available to guests with a medical need as the priority. If additional refrigerators are available they may be requested for a fee.

In-room internet access is also available for a fee. Free wireless is available in lobby areas.

Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa reminds guests that bringing alcohol onto the premises and drinking it in public is against Arizona state law. All alcohol must be served by a WHP employee.

Sheraton Wild Horse Pass hotel will be given your email information to contact you about securing a hotel room for the event. Do not contact the Sheraton reservation line. All reservations must be made with the hotel directly: 602-225-0100. Please allow 10 days for the hotel to contact you. Only registered Creative Escape® guests can book a room at the hotel.  Hotel and travel cancellations are not the responsibility of Creative Escape®. Hotel accommodations with the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort must be cancelled 30-days prior to August 26 or a two-night room charge will be assessed to the credit card holding the hotel room.

Finalizing Reservation – Please respond to WHP to secure your room request. All guests have until July 20, 2010, to provide credit card information guaranteeing the room. Room requests will not be confirmed until then, so if you need a specific type of bed arrangement your choices will be limited the longer you wait. All room reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis. In the event the guest does not contact the resort to provide this information by the deadline, the room reservation will be cancelled and the room will be released.

Upon registration, provide the hotel with the name of each person staying in the room and the name of each person who is a Creative Escape® guest. This is required for fire safety reasons on behalf of the hotel and planning reasons on behalf of Creative Escape®.

Reservation Changes/Cancellations – Please call the hotel directly to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation.
