As you can probably tell, we’ve incorporated plenty of aqua, red, black and white into our theme for our very last Creative Escape. We want to make everything WORTH REMEMBERING! So if it is vintage pack it. We hope to see you in Keds, rolled up jeans, white shirts, poodle skirts, pearls, pop beads, neck scarves, polka dots and all the other things that make you think of the 1950s. Just think how cute all the photos are going to be!

Top 10 Things to Know About The Bus Tour
Posted on 23. Jul, 2011 by lisa.
1. The bus loads and unloads downstairs in the convention area past the scrapbook store. Yes, way down at the end of the hall.
2. If you see valets running around the area where you are waiting for the bus, you are in the wrong spot. You can however, give those cute boys a wink and a smile and remember they work for tips if you need boxes hauled to the on-site store for shipping later in the weekend.
3. Get to the bus stop 15 minutes before the bus leaves. It will head out on time, with or without you.
4. Be sure to check in with yoru bus hostess. She will find your name on the list and greet you with a big smiley “hello”! Her name will be Melissa or Sharon.
5. Be ready to play a game or two along the way to your destination. Bazzill prizes will be awarded.
6. Keep your arms and legs in the windows. It’s too hot! If the air conditioning on the bus needs adjusting let your hostess know and she will be happy to fan you. That last sentence is not really true.
7. There is plenty of storage under the bus for all your purchases, so don’t be shy. Buy what you want and not what you need. What happens at CE stays at CE. We also have very reasonable shipping from the hotel on Saturday. Pack your purchases and ship your clothes home.
8. We will feed you along the way and we have plenty of water. However, if you need soda bring it along or carry some change for the soda machine at Bazzill.
9. The bus has air conditioning and a potty.
10. If you fall asleep on the bus we can’t be responsible for what other CE friends may do to you. Remember, they may have permanent markers, or worse. They are scrapbookers for heaven’s sake, they could have glimmer mist and a tiny attacher… just sayin’.

Event Registration
Posted on 15. Jul, 2011 by lisa.
Avoid the rush and avoid the crush by registering early on Wednesday! When you check in you will receive your idea book, raffle tickets, badge, schedule, and a fast pass. The fast pass will give you your class time for the Heidi Swapp project in the YUDU Room on Thursday, so you don’t have to wait in line. The earlier you get your fast pass, the earlier your class time during Thursday’s Bazaar.
If you are participating in the bus tour you can register on your way back through the convention center.
If you are a Bazzill retailer participating in the To-do-lah you can arrive 20 before it starts to get registered.
If you are at the hotel Wednesday evening, stop by during our official registration time from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Won’t be arriving until Thursday? Stop by the information desk anytime after 10 a.m. and we are always happy to get you caught up.

Sneak peek at Jenaye and Kelli Collins’ project…
Posted on 14. Jul, 2011 by lisa.
The mother-daughter duo teaching this class is as much fun as the projects you will be making. Although the fabrics in class will switch up a bit (thanks to a great fabric donation by Heather Bailey) the end result is so much fun. You will use your new found skills to make these darlings over and over again.
