Our final task was to group each person’s swaps together and add a summary sheet of the swaps they signed-up for. Any Swaps that I did not receive left us with an unclaimed summary sheet.

The Great Swap Out is TODAY!

I have sorted all the swaps (pictured). Today I am meeting our fearless volunteer, Heidi at Scrapbooks, Etc. to check-in, label and package the swaps! Next, the Swaps will be sent to Bazzill to be prepared for shipment to Creative Escape at Wild Horse Pass. It is absolutely crucial that I have received your swap by now (they were due July 29) for your items to be included in the swaps!
I other news, I have heard from the holder of the missing Secret Sister gift and it is on it’s way (phew).
Can you believe that 2 weeks from today it will all be over?

Swaps Due Friday

All swaps are due this week!
Your swaps are to be mailed to: Scrapbooks, Etc. ATTN: Swap Coordinator, 2820 E. University Drive #111, Mesa, AZ 85213. Your swaps must reach this destination by Friday, July 29.
Once this due date passes, I will begin opening the packages and will post in the Swap Forum that your package has been received.
You will pick up your swap items at the Swap Room Gathering held in the Echo Park Swap/Crop Room. The date and time will be shared once the Creative Escape details have been finalized.
When you sign up for a swap you agree to complete the swap as stated in the swap description, in the specified quantity, by the deadline. Please review the guidelines and specifics for the swaps you have signed up for in the Swap Forum.
