Registration deadline – Creative Escape registration is open until all 640 spaces are filled. Spaces are released randomly through a lottery. Once Creative Escape is full, any open spaces made available by cancellations will be offered to the next person on the waiting list for 24 hours.

Creative Escape registration is non-transferable. Refunds will be credited to the same card used for the initial transaction. Full refunds will be given until May 15. A $250 cancellation fee will be charged until July 1, 2009, after that date refunds will not be given. Cancellations can only be processed 24 hours after the initial registration. Hotel and travel cancellations are not the responsibility of Creative Escape. We do not guarantee that transferred registrations will be honored at the door. Consider it a RISK!

Registered students who are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances will be able to receive class kits by making arrangements prior to the beginning of classes, August 28, 2009. Notification must be in writing or email, and include a credit card payment of $25 for shipping and handling.
