We recommend booking your stay with an arrival on Wednesday and departure on Sunday.

Creative Escape rate available two nights before and after the event if you would like to extend your stay. The Aji spa has unique Native American influenced services, there is a casino and a western town a 10-minute boat ride away, there is a beautiful pool with a water slide, and an equestrian center and golf course on site.

Rooms have panoramic views including the Sierra Estrella and South Mountains from the private patio or balcony. You may even see wild horses roaming across the desert! The room includes a stocked mini bar, coffee and tea maker, high-speed Internet access (for a fee), and all rooms are non-smoking. Each guest room features bath suites with a separate tub and shower. Save room in your suitcase…don’t bother packing the big stuff. Each room includes a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Your choice of King or Double-Double rooms (Double-Doubles are limited). Suites are available for an additional charge.

Hotel arrival and departure dates will be gathered and passed along to Sheraton Wild Horse Pass when you register for Creative Escape. WHP will contact you within 72 hours with a confirmation email. You need to respond to WHP in order to finalize the transaction and secure your room request. All guests will have until July 24, 2009, to provide credit card information guaranteeing their room. Your room requests will not be confirmed until then, so if you need a specific type of bed arrangement your choices will be limited the longer you wait. All room reservations to the hotel will be made on a first come, first served basis. In the event the guest does not contact the resort to provide this information by the deadline, the room reservation will be cancelled and the room will be released. Initially, you will not be able to call the hotel to make room reservations at the discounted CE rate. However, you can call the hotel directly to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation.

Rollaway beds are very limited; about 20 in the entire hotel. Please make your request early and don’t count on the additional sleeping space if you haven’t made arrangements. Roll away beds can only be used in King rooms.

There are no refrigerators in guest rooms. Portable refrigerators are available to guests with a medical need as the priority. If additional refrigerators are available they may be requested for a fee.

In-room internet access is also available for a fee. Free wireless is available in lobby areas.

Upon registration, please provide the hotel with the name of each person staying in the room. This is required for fire safety reasons on behalf of the hotel, but Creative Escape guests must be registered with the hotel in order to be included in special surprises. Check-ins occurring after 5 p.m. on Thursday will not be included in that day’s surprise.
